SAREM TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement and operator

By accessing sarem.app, you agree to these terms. The website and SAREM pre-launch programme are operated by SYSCLI. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Pre-launch status

SAREM is under active development. Screens, workflows, integrations, hardware support, availability and release plans shown on the website are previews and may change.

A request for access does not guarantee admission, a demonstration, commercial availability, pricing or compatibility with a particular business, payment network or device.

Permitted use

You may use this website to learn about SAREM and contact SYSCLI on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorised to represent. You must not:

• interfere with the website, bypass access controls or probe it for vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information;
• use automated requests in a way that burdens or disrupts the service;
• copy, scrape or republish substantial site content for a competing commercial service; or
• use SAREM or SYSCLI names, logos or materials in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership.

Early-access submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address and business category you submit. By sending the form, you ask SYSCLI to contact you about SAREM access, product availability or a relevant private demonstration.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow SYSCLI to use them to evaluate and improve SAREM without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing materials.

Intellectual property

SAREM, its visual identity, website design, software previews and original content belong to SYSCLI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to view and use the public website for its intended purpose.

Third-party systems and links

References to CIB, Edahabia, SATIM, SZZT, Urovo or other third-party systems describe integration plans or compatibility targets. They do not imply endorsement, certification or availability. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Availability and disclaimers

The pre-launch website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SYSCLI does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or that previews will match the final product.

Do not rely on the website as a production point-of-sale system, accounting record, payment service or substitute for professional advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SYSCLI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law or respond to misuse. We may also update the website and these terms. The effective date identifies the current version; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that date.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the competent Algerian courts, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
