SAREM PRIVACY POLICY

Who this policy applies to

SYSCLI operates the SAREM pre-launch website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This website is intended for merchants, business representatives and people interested in SAREM.

If you contact us for a business, you should provide only information that you are authorised to share.

Information we collect

We keep collection limited to what the website needs. Depending on how you use the site, and whether you applied before early-access applications closed on September 22, 2026, we may process:

• Your business email address and selected business type if you previously requested early access.
• Messages and information you choose to send to us by email.
• A record of when you accepted the privacy notice associated with a previous request.
• A short-lived Cloudflare Turnstile verification token and related security signals processed when the application form was available.
• Basic request and security information processed by our server or hosting provider, such as IP address, browser details, request time and security events.
• Your language choice, stored locally in your browser under “sarem-language”.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• review and respond to early-access or demonstration requests;
• send essential SAREM access and availability updates requested by you;
• understand which types of businesses are interested in SAREM;
• operate, secure and troubleshoot the website; and
• meet legal obligations and protect our rights, users and systems.

How information is stored

Records collected before early-access applications closed may be retained in restricted SAREM systems. Email delivery providers process the destination address and message content when we send a reply. Application request logs do not intentionally include submitted email addresses.

The language preference remains on your device until you clear browser storage or replace the selection.

Sharing and service providers

SYSCLI does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We may allow infrastructure, hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile, email-delivery or professional service providers to process information only where needed to operate SAREM or support our business. Those providers may process information from locations outside Algeria, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or system security, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction where appropriate protections apply.

Retention

We retain early-access information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the request, communicate about availability, maintain security records and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise it unless continued retention is required or you ask to remain in contact.

Retention for technical logs depends on the operational and security needs of the relevant hosting environment.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to provide access to, correct or delete information associated with your request, object to certain processing, or withdraw a communication request. These rights are handled in accordance with applicable Algerian data-protection law, including Law No. 18-07 as amended.

To make a request, email hello@saremup.com from the address concerned. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you before acting on it.

Security and children

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

The website is designed for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information if you are under 18.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as SAREM moves from pre-launch to production or as legal and technical requirements change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
